Sales and Marketing Officer

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the corporation’s development goals.

Responsibilities:

Sales Functions:

• Identify and pursue new industrial and commercial business opportunities and markets for the company.
• Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the finance and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Marketing Functions:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including content creation, social media and email campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
• Organize and represent the company in trade shows, events, and networking activities.
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing; experience in the industrial and commercial sectors is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Willing to hold office in BGC, Taguig City

Pay: From Php28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
