Warehouse Supervisor - Cavite

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate of any degree
- BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management graduate is an advantage
- with 2-5 years working experience in warehouse supervision, manufacturing, or logistics
- Candidate must be within Dasmariñas Cavite or nearby areas only
- Experience in managing large-scale inventory, including cycle counts, auditing, tracking stock levels, and handling, storing & organizing delicate/heavy ceramic products.
- Ability to supervise, train & motivate warehouse staff, delegate tasks effectively, and manage work schedules
Other Competencies:
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP Software (e.g., SAP) & MS Office (Excel/Word) for reporting & tracking
- Coordinating incoming shipments & outgoing orders, including packaging, loading & preparing shipping documents (invoices, packaging lists)
- Enforcing Health & Safety Regulations (5S), maintaining a safe work environment & conducting safety inspections
- Analytical skills to resolve inventory discrepancies & strong communication skills to coordinate with Sales, Logistics & delivery teams
