Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, warehouse staff, and ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders from e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and E-commerce teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, productivity, inventory variance, and fulfillment turnaround time.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements to management.
- Support peak sales events and promotional campaigns by ensuring sufficient manpower and operational readiness.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, fulfillment, or distribution warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours during peak seasons.
- Experience handling high-volume order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
