Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers; answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth delivery experiences. You’ll work with a supportive team, using both phone and email to help our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with updating delivery details and handling order inquiries
- Respond to and manage customer complaints and escalations
- Conduct basic CRM data entry and cleanup
- Make occasional outbound calls and send follow-up emails
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- A friendly, personable, and customer-first attitude
- Confidence and professionalism on phone calls
- Basic computer/CRM navigation skills
- Experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or similar) is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
