About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC.', you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This full-time, in-office role is based in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and their inquiries are resolved efficiently.

What you'll be doing
  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing high-quality customer service and support to resolve a wide range of customer queries and complaints
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our internal systems
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommending process improvements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear, empathetic responses
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer issues
  • Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
