- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit-related roles

- Handle collections through email, inbound, and outbound calls
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding balances
- Send dunning letters to customers with overdue accounts
- Process credit card payments accurately
- Prepare and send monthly statements of account
- Handle general queries related to accounts and payments
- Perform payment reconciliation
- Send statements of account
- Provide invoice copies
- Send credit notes
- Tag disputed invoices
- Process refunds
- Handle off-stop requests
- Process change of sales representative requests
- Perform payment allocation
- Manage unallocated payments
- Send requests to Vannessa for TRFs
- Send accounts for FDL and legal action
- Participate in aged debtor meetings
