• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit-related roles

• Excel

• Communication skills

• Handle collections through email, inbound, and outbound calls

• Conduct follow-ups on outstanding balances

• Send dunning letters to customers with overdue accounts

• Process credit card payments accurately

• Prepare and send monthly statements of account

• Handle general queries related to accounts and payments
• Perform payment reconciliation
• Send statements of account
• Provide invoice copies
• Send credit notes
• Tag disputed invoices
• Process refunds

• Handle off-stop requests
• Process change of sales representative requests

• Perform payment allocation
• Manage unallocated payments
• Send requests to Vannessa for TRFs

• Send accounts for FDL and legal action
• Participate in aged debtor meetings
