Position: Cleaning Supervisor (Poultry Farm)
Department: Broiler Farm
Location: Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and implement cleaning and sanitation programs in our poultry farm operations. This role is critical in maintaining biosecurity standards, hygiene protocols, and ensuring the health and safety of livestock through proper cleaning procedures.

The ideal candidate should have experience in poultry farm sanitation, strong leadership skills, and knowledge in cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 1-2 years of experience in poultry cleaning or sanitation management
Knowledgeable in the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation tools specific to farm or agricultural settings
Competent in cleaning standards, quality control, and inspection protocols
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to lead a cleaning team, manage schedules, and train staff on proper procedures
Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environment

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and implement daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning routines in broiler farm facilities, including poultry houses, equipment, and surrounding areas
Ensure compliance with biosecurity and sanitation protocols across the farm
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify cleaning effectiveness and identify improvements
Manage the proper use, inventory, and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Train and lead cleaning personnel, ensuring they follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
