Marketing Officer

About the role
We are seeking a passionate, goal-driven, and strong-willed Marketing Officer to join the Excello Restaurant Management Group team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective and cost-efficient marketing strategies to promote our award-winning restaurant.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute comprehensive local marketing campaigns and promos across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content for social media, email marketing, advertising and other promotional materials
- Analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster strong relationships with media outlets, influencers and other key marketing partners
- Support the planning and coordination of special events and promotions
- Monitor and report on marketing budget and ensure efficient utilisation of resources
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email and content management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, must be keen to details
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
