Accounting / Purchasing Intern

We’re excited to open our LEARNERS Internship Program 2026, and we’re currently looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as an Accounting / Purchasing Intern.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and procurement processes while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Please note that this is a free (unpaid) internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on industry experience, mentorship, and academic credit if required.

Your Role: Accounting / Purchasing Intern

As an intern, you will support the Accounting and Purchasing teams in ensuring accurate financial records and efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing invoices, purchase requests, and documentation
• Support accounts payable/receivable tracking and reconciliation
• Help maintain and organize financial records and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for purchasing requirements
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and monitoring delivery timelines
• Support data entry and validation in accounting and procurement systems
• Contribute to reports, dashboards, and tracking of financial or purchasing activities
• Provide administrative support and participate in process improvement initiatives

• Students or fresh graduates in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
