Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our Accounting Department. The Accounting Intern will assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting functions.This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to develop practical accounting skills in a professional work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions.
- Organize and file accounting documents and records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Help monitor and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Handle other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
