Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will also ensure proper monitoring of collections and client payments to maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the overall sales operations across assigned regions.
• Monitor sales performance per area, analyze sales trends, and identify reasons for low sales.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance in underperforming areas.
• Create strategies to expand market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate monitoring of collections, client accounts, and payments.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to support sales operations.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company objectives.
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Has a large network ng Davao and Cebu, which can quickly distribute our products in the target area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the paint, construction, or building materials industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits.
• Can speak mandarin/fluent in mandarin
