About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Medical Representative to join our dynamic team at Bayanilife Inc.' in Tarlac Central Luzon. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative healthcare products to medical professionals, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving sales to support the company's growth objectives.
What you'll be doing- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
- Educate medical professionals on the features and benefits of our products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of how they can benefit their patients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our product portfolio
- Gather market intelligence and provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver engaging product presentations and promotional materials
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Comply with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical or pharmaceutical sales representative, with a proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of the latest trends, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence medical professionals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, life sciences, or business
