We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in medical sales and a strong ability to adapt to different environments and roles quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coverage for medical representatives who are on leave or during high-demand periods
• Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including usage, benefits, and side effects
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities and challenges
• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year and 5 months of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adapt to different work environments quickly
