We need a passionate FRONT LINE ASSOCIATE (full-time)

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.

• Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Performs start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing, etc.).
• Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain optimal cash levels for branch operations.
• Reports transaction errors and discrepancies promptly.

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• Overall pleasing personality
• Preferably near work location / strategic location
• Cash handling and customer service experiences’ an advantage but not required
