Job Description
- Checks and monitors the implementation of marketing activities (mandated by Sales & Marketing Dept or Initiated by Branch) of every branch to ensure continuous flow of inquiries, applicants necessary for the achievement of sales target.
- Checks and monitors the update of Sales & Inquiry Logbook to ensure that all branches monitors, update and follow-up their inquiries to produce more credit applicants.
- Checks and monitors branch collection performance including Daily Collection Report, Portfolio at Risk (PAR) Level, Past Due Ratio, Reasons for Non-Payment, etc.
- Checks branch collection, petty cash fund, stocks and inventory records.
- Checks and monitors the Store’s appearance and compliance with the Store Management Policy.
- Attends and responds to branch concerns in a timely manner to keep the area operations running smoothly.
- Conducts regular Store Manager’s Meeting every month for performance review, monthly action plan and address concerns.
- Conducts regular Marketing Assistant’s Meeting to assess and review branch performance and formulate action plans to boost sales.
- Conducts regular Cashier’s meeting every month to monitor collection performance, formulate action plans and sustaining efforts.
- Prepares consolidated performance report which includes sales and collection report of his area.
- Reports to Head Office on a regular basis to coordinate with Department Heads, follow-up certain request, attend meetings and / or discuss certain issues and concerns of the area.
- Recommends and process the opening of new business opportunity / opening of new branch in his area, establishment of satellite branches, etc.
- Acts a point person in the area and liaises with the Branch Development Department regarding branch expansions
- Implements localized hiring & selection of employees to ensure complete manpower per branch.
- Monitors and conducts periodic performance reviews for all positions under his supervision using the established KRA & KPI.
- Recommends and Implements disciplinary action to ensure workplace safety, good employee conduct and the like.
- Identifies and recommends employees who will undergo training and development programs.
- Promotes cooperation and teamwork and leads by example
- Motivates and supports Branch Managers with specific issues such as staffing and business management.
- To perform other related duties that may assign from time to time and other functions that the Head Office may issue occasionally
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Business Administration major in Management, Marketing and any other related courses
- High Proficiency in MS Office Applications and other desktop utilities
- Minimum of 5-10 years working experience, with 3 years extensive supervisory / managerial experience gained in a motorcycle-related business, lending / financing company or similar financial institution.
- Working knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Credit & Collection, Cash Handling and Inventory Management.
- Knows how to drive vehicle and motorcycle with valid Driver’s License (Restriction code of 1 & 2).
- Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity and good leadership ability
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere / relocated.
- Willing to work on Shifting Schedule / Weekends
