Sr. Sales Supervisor

About the role

As a Senior Sales Supervisor at TCL Sun Inc.', you will play a vital role in driving sales performance and leading a team of motivated sales professionals in SLB. This full-time position will see you oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, set and achieve ambitious sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service across the region.

1. Dealer Management & Engagement

• Prepare and present proposals to dealers during meetings
• Address dealer owner concerns and maintain strong business relationships
• Coordinate with dealers on sales programs, promotions, and alignment initiatives

1. Sales Operations & Coordination

• Conduct Sales Invoice (SI) and Sales Order (SO) alignment meetings
• Ensure proper documentation and completion of sales-related paperwork
• Monitor sell-out performance and daily sales activities

1. Branch Operations Oversight

• Handle branch concerns including service issues, stock availability, and operational challenges
• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance and provide support
• Ensure efficient coordination between Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams

1. Market Monitoring & Promotions

• Implement and monitor area promotions to drive sales
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights
• Recommend strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis

• Proven years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably in the Sales and Management industry
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent people management and team-building skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in using sales CRM and data analysis tools
• Comes from the same industry is an advantage
