The role involves conducting inspections, monitoring construction quality, reviewing technical documents, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure that all works are completed in accordance with approved development plans, engineering standards, and government regulations.
The QA/QC Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining construction quality throughout all phases of project development—from site development and infrastructure works to housing construction and final turnover.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 3 years as a QA/ QC Engineer for a horizontal construction development
