Quality Assurance Officer (QA, Training and Quality)

Job Summary:

The TQD Officer also serves as the Point of Contact (POC) for all TQD-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct evaluations, audits, and monitoring for Sales, Communications, and other departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Training & Coaching: Design, implement, and facilitate training and coaching sessions to develop employee skills and improve team performance.
• System Management: Oversee CRM and other operational systems, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business processes.
• POC Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all TQD-related concerns, coordinating between departments and management.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes, provide actionable recommendations, and implement improvements to enhance performance and operational effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing QA results, training progress, system performance, and departmental metrics.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, guidelines, and performance documentation to support QA and training initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and management to ensure alignment of QA, training, and operational goals.
• Strategic Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives to support organizational development and departmental objectives.
• Others: May be assigned to perform TQPD-related tasks.
