About the role
Excello Restaurant Management Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent to support the expansion of our restaurant portfolio across the Philippines.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to managerial positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job board postings, and other sourcing methods
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, such as organising interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment activity and metrics
- Continuously research industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's recruitment strategies
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative recruitment solutions
- Proficient in using recruitment-related software and applicant tracking systems
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition
