QA Administrator (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting project managers in the preparation and quality assurance of project documentation for the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure that projects are completed to the required standards of the company's Business Management System, appropriate Industry Specific Legislation, and practices.
- Ensure that documentation is completed, identify areas where documentation is lacking, and rectify these issues.
- Ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner and that data is tracked efficiently and effectively to provide a continual representation of the QA documentation associated with company projects throughout the project life cycle.
- Communicate openly and effectively to actively promote a clear flow of communication between stakeholders in the project management team, as well as providing a point of contact for operational employees in regards project specific standards, documentation, and work packs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- Experience in project management in the construction industry.
- 5 years of industry experience working with Quality Assurance.
- Sound knowledge of WH&S legislation.
- Sound knowledge of Electrical Safety legislation.
- Sound knowledge of Energex safety requirements.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices.
- High level of computer literacy and competency in MS Office.
- Sound financial and business skills.
- Commitment to work within the requirements of the company's Quality Management System.
- Demonstrated safety record.
