Job Description:- Conducts inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Performs sampling, testing, and documentation of products based on company procedures.
- Monitors compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Identifies non-conforming products and recommends corrective actions.
- Prepares QC reports and maintains accurate records of inspection results.
- Coordinates with Production regarding quality issues and improvements.
- Ensures proper sanitation and hygiene practices in production areas.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related course.
- With or without experience (experience in food manufacturing is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and basic laboratory procedures.
- Detail-oriented and with strong observation skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a production environment.
- Willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan.
