Head of Finance

1. Financial Leadership & Reporting

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across multiple legal entities.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting and management insights.
• Maintain consistency in accounting policies and compliance with group reporting standards.

1. Financial Governance & Compliance

• Lead statutory reporting, external audits, regulatory filings, and tax compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with auditors, government agencies, financial institutions, and external advisors.

1. Business Partnering

• Partner closely with the Country General Manager, Group Finance Director, Operations, and department leaders.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
• Participate in business performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Monitor departmental performance against budgets.
• Provide financial insights to improve profitability, cash flow, and cost efficiency.

1. Operational Excellence

• Drive finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen working capital management and operational efficiency.
• Support business expansion initiatives and strategic projects.

1. Tax & Regulatory Management

• Oversee tax planning, compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory and taxation requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with external tax advisors and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA license is required. Professional certifications such as ACCA are an advantage.

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing full finance operations across multiple legal entities.
• Strong background in:
• Financial reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• External audit management

• Business partnering
• Experience in the QSR, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar enterprise platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
