Medical Virtual Assistant (Onsite)

HireBiz Med is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Medical Virtual Assistants. We are hiring for the following specializations:
- Medical Biller
- Medical Scribe
- Credentialing Specialist
- Prior Authorization Specialist
- Front Office Virtual Assistant
If you have experience in healthcare support, patient coordination, medical administration, or healthcare customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments
- Perform insurance verification and benefits checking
- Process prior authorizations for medications and medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide professional, timely, and patient-focused support
- Perform role-specific tasks based on assigned specialization
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
- Non-medical graduates must have at least 6 months of healthcare-related experience (Medical VA, healthcare BPO account, clinic support, insurance verification, prior authorization, etc.)
- Medical Allied graduates are welcome to apply, with or without experience
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite
- Experience in insurance verification, prior authorization, medical billing, credentialing, or scribing is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 4F Jesa ITC Building, Gen. Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City
