GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to support our daily business operations. This is an administrative-first role designed for someone who excels at keeping digital systems organized, following checklists, and handling routine back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative & Operations Support
  • Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately input, update, and maintain business information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal trackers.
  • File Organization: Keep our cloud storage folders (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) neatly categorized, labeled, and accessible.
  • Basic Correspondence: Draft standard business documents and reply to routine internal or external inquiries using established email templates.
  • Research Support: Conduct simple web-based research (e.g., looking up contact info, tools, or industry facts) and compile the data into clean summaries.
  • Task Management: Help monitor daily workflow pipelines and ensure recurring clerical tasks are completed on time.
  1. Routine Social Media Support
  • Basic Scheduling: Upload and schedule pre-written posts and provided graphics using scheduling tools (like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
  • Inbox Monitoring: Check social media direct messages (DMs) and comments daily; answer basic questions using our FAQ sheet or forward complex inquiries to the right team member.
  • Profile Maintenance: Ensure profile information, links, and business hours are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or Data Entry Specialist. Basic exposure to managing business social media pages is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: * Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Basic familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their built-in publishing tools.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong data accuracy, and the ability to strictly follow written instructions.
  • Communication: Solid written and verbal English communication skills for professional email drafting and basic customer messaging.
