Plant Engineer

Develop and implement maintenance plans.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
- Monitor plant performance and recommend improvements.
- Draft/review electrical plans and technical documents.
- Prepare technical reports.
- Supervise O&M service providers.
- Ensure proper execution of testing and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for support and services.
- Monitor insurance and warranty compliance.
- Conduct facility inspections.
- Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Ensure completion of regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with LGUs and support community activities.
- Report to the Operations Lead
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
- At least one (1) year of relevant professional experience.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Orion, Bataan.
- Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday, either 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Must be willing to travel as required for field assignments.
