Accounting Manager - Taguig

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting, and compliance of joint venture (JV) entities. This role will work closely with JV partners, internal business units, and external auditors to ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant financial practices across all JV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions of joint venture entities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Prepare and review consolidated JV financial statements and reports for management and JV partners
• Monitor and ensure proper recognition of intercompany and joint venture transactions
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions related to JV investments
• Ensure all JV entities comply with local tax regulations, SEC requirements, and accounting standards (PFRS/IFRS)
• Coordinate with JV partners and internal departments on financial matters, audits, and reporting timelines
• Lead internal controls implementation and financial risk assessments for joint ventures
• Supervise and develop a team of accountants handling JV accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven experience handling joint ventures, consolidated accounts, or group reporting is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, PFRS/IFRS, and tax compliance
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple JV entities and work with cross-functional teams
