Duties and Responsibilities
- Financial Recording
- Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, disbursements)
- Maintain accurate and updated accounting records
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Generate profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Accounts Management
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and payments
- Bank Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Budgeting and Monitoring
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Monitor financial performance against budget
- Compliance and Taxation
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and tax requirements
- Prepare and file necessary reports (e.g., BIR filings)
- Audit Support
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Prepare required financial documents and reports
- Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements in accounting processes and controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- With relevant accounting experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
