Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven operations leader to join our Service Delivery team in Ortigas as an Assistant Manager.

In this role, you'll oversee daily back-office insurance operations, manage a multi-level team, and build strong relationships with US-based clients — playing a key role in both team performance and business growth.

Must-haves:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Insurance Operations, Service Delivery, or Client Service.
  • Proven experience managing teams in a BPO or operations environment.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Skilled in performance coaching, people development, and team planning.
  • Comfortable managing compliance, reporting, and operational standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of US Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Insurance.
  • Experience with OPEX or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Background in new client onboarding and account management.

Shift Schedule: 8am-5pm PHT
