Mid Level DevOps Engineer

The Role

As a Mid DevOps Engineer, you will bridge development and operations to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable banking systems. You’ll manage multi-cloud environments, automate deployments, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and uphold the highest standards in system availability and compliance.

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) with automated testing and security integration.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for consistent and reliable provisioning.
• Deploy, scale, and maintain containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes – EKS/AKS/OpenShift).
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Datadog).
• Work closely with developers to optimize workflows and enforce DevOps best practices.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.

• 3–7+ years of hands-on DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience.
• Strong background with AWS, Azure, or Huawei Cloud.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Good understanding of security, networking, and system reliability.

• Industry certifications: AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, Azure DevOps Expert, or CKA.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools (Snyk, Trivy, Vault, OPA).
• Knowledge of banking/financial compliance standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
