About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Tier 1 Forum & Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, follows processes carefully, and has excellent written English skills.
As part of the Community and Support team, you will help maintain an online forum by moderating content, handling user reports, removing spam, and responding to basic customer support inquiries using established procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Review and moderate forum posts and threads according to community guidelines
- Handle Tier 1 user reports and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Identify and remove spam
- Organize forum content by moving threads to the correct sections
- Enforce marketplace rules and policies
- Respond to Tier 1 customer support tickets using templates and standard procedures
- Keep the support queue organized and up to date
Qualifications
Required- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently
- Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in customer support, administration, or community moderation
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with forum platforms such as XenForo
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Remote / Work From Home
- Initial schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (UK time), with weekend work required during the initial phase
