About the role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the Food industry.

1. Prepare, cook and assemble a variety of menu items with a focus on quality, consistency and timely delivery
2. Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
3. Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
5. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer requests and feedback
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations

1. At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
6. Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes and providing exceptional customer service
