About the role

This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

1. Preparing and cooking a variety of meals and menu items according to recipes and instructions
2. Assisting with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients
3. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including cleaning and sanitising surfaces, equipment, and utensils
4. Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met
5. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
6. Participating in inventory management and stock control
7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

1. Proven experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role in a commercial kitchen environment
2. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
