Job Title: Purchasing Staff
Department: Purchasing/Warehouse/Logistics Department

Location / Based: Novaliches Quezon City

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Identifying when new purchases are needed based on inventory levels.
  2. Finding potential suppliers, evaluating their offerings, and negotiating prices and terms.
  3. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with vendors.
  4. Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely arrival of goods.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information.
  6. Liaising with internal teams, such as warehouse staff and accounts payable, to coordinate purchasing activities.
  7. Preparing cost analyses and supporting efforts to reduce purchasing costs.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  9. To assist Operations department in terms of their requirements with spare parts, equipment and its parts for replacement.
  10. Responsible for sourcing and acquiring goods, services, or materials for an organization.
  11. To perform administrative tasks related to purchasing.
  12. To adhere to company rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply with any course (trainable)

Experience: With at least one year work experience in procurement or purchasing.

Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of information systems is a plus.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
