Purchasing Associate

We are a real estate development company engaged in developing office and commercial spaces. We have multiple projects located within and outside Metro Manila. The successful applicant will be based at our Head Office in Quezon City.

• Source construction materials, office supplies, and other project requirements from accredited suppliers.
• Request and compare supplier quotations to ensure the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor purchase requests and follow up pending orders.
• Coordinate with project sites and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier files.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms when applicable.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, supplier sourcing, and procurement processes is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday at our Head Office in Quezon City.
