Company Nurse

Job Description

As the Company Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our manufacturing staff, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
• Conduct regular health assessments and monitor employee well-being.
• Manage and maintain medical records in accordance with company policies.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services.
• Implement and oversee health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Conduct health education sessions to promote wellness among employees.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the Philippines.
• Work experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with standard working hours.
• On-site role within the manufacturing facility.
