Finance and Admin Manager - Direct Hire

• Oversees staff members and ensures the accurate and timely invoicing of clients
• Financial Reporting to EXECOM, interprets financial information while recommending further courses of action.
• Ensures departmental satisfaction to messenger service
• Manages the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Monitors department budget utilization (Actual Expense vs. Approved Budget)
• Oversees the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.
• Manages and ensures effective Cashflow of the company
• Ensures timely disbursement of rewards and benefits (processed commissions and claims)
• Supervises on time routine pick-up and delivery (invoices, contracts, etc.)
• Oversees timely and accurate periodic payments of BIR , SEC – GIS, City Hall Requirements
• Oversees a well-maintained office space that meets environmental, health, and security standards.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in finance, accountancy, economics, business administration, or applied mathematics.
• Certified Public Accountant
• With 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
• Deep understanding of tax laws, compliance, and reporting standards
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and strategic thinker.
• Skilled in financial software, data analysis tools, and modern reporting systems.

Hybrid Work Set Up - 4 days onsite, 1 day offsite
