Job Name: Talent Sourcing Specialist ( Volume BPO Hiring )Job Type: Full time ( Hybrid or Work from Office in Mabolo, Cebu City)
Job Role:Talent Sourcing Specialist ( Volume BPO Hiring ) will be responsible to source Customer Service Applicants through online and offline methods ( Facebook Groups, Facebook network, TikTok, Linkedin, Reddit, Online groups, Jobstreet, Indeed, Mynimo, Job Fairs, Job Caravan etc )
- Source maximum Applicants through online and offline methods
- Create a data sheet with details of all applicants
- Keep the data sheet updated daily for the prescreeening team
- Ensure all leads/applicants are reached out by the recruitement team
- Personally call and screen applicants to ensure they are good fit
- Other works as allotted by management
