IT Administrative Staff

Logix BPO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrative Staff to support our IT department in maintaining, managing, and organizing technical systems and data. The ideal candidate will assist in both administrative and technical tasks, ensuring efficient IT operations and compliance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management
  • Prepare, sort, and input data into various computer systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data accuracy before system entry.
  • Maintain organized records of all data entry and IT-related documentation.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.

Technical Support Assistance:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices, etc.).
  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for troubleshooting and escalation.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage IT inventory (hardware/software), tracking assets and supplies.
  • Help maintain licenses and updates for software and applications.
  • Document IT procedures, updates, and maintenance logs.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure IT activities comply with company policies and data security protocols.
  • Report system issues, irregularities, or breaches to IT management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year IT-related course (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
  • Strong adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and office productivity software.
  • Willing to work in IT Park, Cebu City and under shifting schedules.
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT administration (even during OJT) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools.
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with data backup software and network monitoring tools.
