Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Associate to join our team and support daily office functions. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a smooth and efficient workplace by handling administrative tasks, assisting various departments, and ensuring effective coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Assist with basic HR, finance, or logistics tasks as needed

Qualifications:
At least high school or senior high school graduate
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
