Position: 1 Precast Manager

1. Plan and manage the production schedule of precast concrete elements.
2. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams for timely delivery and installation.
3. Supervise the manufacturing process in the precast yard, ensuring quality control and compliance with specifications.
4. Monitor resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
5. Ensure all precast components are stored, handled, transported, and installed properly.
6. Liaise with third-party suppliers, importation in China, and site teams.
7. Enforce health and safety protocols in the precast yard and at the erection site.
8. Address and resolve any technical or operational issues related to precast works.
9. Maintain documentation, inspection reports, and progress records.

1. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automotive Repair or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast concrete works.
3. Strong knowledge of precast production methods, erection techniques, and quality standards.
4. Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication (Mandarin & English), teamwork skills and commitment to safety and attention to detail.
