Position: 1 Construction Manager

1. Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
2. Monitor and control project budgets, proactively identifying and addressing any cost variances or financial risks.
3. Develop construction execution plans and site logistics aligned with overall project goals and safety requirements.
4. Coordinate all construction disciplines and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration and handover.
5. Supervise site personnel and enforce project standards on safety, quality, and productivity.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of construction progress, site instructions, and scope changes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Proficiency with project management tools and construction software.
3. Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and cost control.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Advanced knowledge of construction practices, HSE standards, project controls, and progress reporting.
6. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
