The Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy, optimisation and communication of multiple client campaigns across several digital channels.
You will work with your team and the Performance Media Manager to develop strategies that deliver both the desired results and the client’s brand message. You will build a strong understanding of each client’s business, challenges and customers to guide your strategy, and you will take a marketing approach to determining the most appropriate channels, budgets and messaging to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan search engine marketing campaign structures, optimisation approaches and delivery that tie in with each client’s overarching marketing plan (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising)
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across other digital channels, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Display and programmatic
- Manage SEM projects end to end, including campaign builds, optimisation, budget management, bid strategy, performance analysis, ad testing and reporting
- Use Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and platform reporting tools to build customised reports that show clients exactly how their campaigns are performing alongside their broader digital activity
- Assist with the training and development of junior digital marketing specialists
- Work side by side with our search engine optimisation team to ensure a balanced delivery across paid and organic search
- Develop forecasts, audits and tailored insights for potential clients
- Present campaign performance and strategy to clients in regular video meetings
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of search engine marketing
- Four or more years’ experience managing search engine marketing campaigns, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience managing paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- A solid grasp of general marketing principles and the ability to think as a marketer
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly review data across reports and digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- A reliable home office set-up and consistent availability during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours
- A strong willingness to keep developing core digital marketing skills across search engine marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimisation and analytics
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own clients and workload
- A positive, muck-in attitude, willing and happy to help wherever necessary to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to clearly explain to clients what your analysis found, how you plan to proceed, and why
- A proactive approach to improving processes and deliverables
- Dedication to maintaining, improving and broadening your skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
