We are looking for a licensed engineer to oversee boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient plant performance. This role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise boiler operations and monitor performance
- Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments
- Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Licensed Engineer (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- 2–3 years relevant experience, with boiler operations background
- Knowledge in coal-fired or chain grate boilers is an advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills
