Position Overview

• from planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and turnover
• while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or Project Manager in construction, fit-out in retail/food or related industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Able to read and interpret blueprint plans and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management.
