  • Lead and oversee sales teams to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with corporate objective
  • Recruit, train, and manage Sales Managers and Sales team
  • Set performance targets and KPIs for teams; monitor and evaluate sales results regularly
  • Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and leadership development sessions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Project Development teams to support sales initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings, events, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
  • Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to the management
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Sales Director or equivalent leadership role within the real estate industry
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning
  • Must have a complete and operational sales team, consisting of:
  • At least 2 Sales Managers, with 5 Property Specialists each
  • Possesses an active and well-established network of real estate clients, investors, and industry contacts
  • Must be available for immediate employment
  • Former sales agents or employees of Megaworld or any of its subsidiaries must present a valid clearance certificate
