Graduate of any 4-year business, marketing, or related course. Open to college levels with extensive, proven sales experience.Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, route-sales, or direct selling. Experience handling accounts in consumer goods or provincial distribution is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must know how to drive a motorcycle or a 4-wheel utility vehicle; must possess a valid professional driver's license (Restrictions 1, 2 or B, B1).
Strong familiarity with the designated geographical territory or target market routes.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working under strict sales quotas and minimal supervision.

Position Summary
The Field Salesman is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and promoting the company’s products or services directly in the field. This role requires extensive travel within an assigned territory to conduct face-to-face meetings, demonstrate product value, and secure orders.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Territory & Sales Management
Travel daily within the assigned territory to visit existing clients and prospect for new accounts (cold calling/canvassing).
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build and maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, or end-users.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and provide excellent after-sales support.
Gather ongoing feedback from the market to identify shifting customer needs.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches within the territory.
Prepare and submit regular field reports, including daily call logs, sales forecasts, and weekly/monthly territory updates.
Coordinate with the logistics and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient collection of payments (accounts receivable).
