Accounts Payable Analyst

WE ARE HIRING: Accounts Payable Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining proper financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Ensure timely payment of approved invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
