Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Staff

We’re looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented AR/AP Staff who ensures timely collections and accurate payments.

This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and smooth operations. You will work closely with the Bookkeeper and Senior Accountant to ensure all receivables and payables are properly tracked, followed up, and recorded.

If you are organized, consistent, and not afraid to follow through—especially on collections—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on collections
• Maintain accurate aging reports
• Ensure timely and complete recording of incoming payments

• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals before payment

• Track due dates and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain clear and organized records of receivables and payables
• Coordinate closely with Bookkeeper for accurate recording

• You will coordinate with the Bookkeeper for recording and reconciliation
• You will support the Senior Accountant for accurate reporting
• Your role is to ensure cash flow is actively managed and nothing is missed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in AR/AP or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Organized and systematic in handling tasks
• Comfortable handling collections (firm but professional)
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with accounting systems is a plus
