What you'll be doing- Responding to service calls and troubleshooting issues with a range of electronic and mechanical equipment.
- Performing Electrical and Data work for the ATM.
- Providing comprehensive on-site support and guidance to clients.
- Documenting all work carried out and maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborating with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Ensuring all work adheres to relevant safety standards and industry regulations.
- Cleaning of the External of the ATM Machine.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A driving license and your own reliable Motorcycle.
